Nouf is an artist, writer and culture maker from Saudi Arabia. Her work focuses on feminizing the gaze through which we perceive cultural, social and racial identity and representation. Vulnerability, intimacy, gender, and love are among her most visited themes. She explores these topics through portraiture photography (analog and digital), and video.

Nouf is a Misk Foundation Fellow, and a MSc student in Gender, Media and Culture at the LSE in London. She is a Crossway Foundation and United States Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs Exchange Program Alumna, she is a winner of the 2012 Create & Inspire Competition, the recipient of 2010 Effat University full merit Scholarship, the 2014 Edge of Arabia young creative grant for Fotofest Houston, and the 2017 SBM Foundation Scholarship, and the 2018 MOHE Elite Scholarship.
